Volunteer
One of the ways members of St. Andrew’s give is by volunteering their time in many different areas. The church benefits from the hundreds of hours members donate every year. Volunteering doesn’t have to be a long-term commitment and doesn’t take a lot of specialized skill. It can be offering to set up coffee hour after church with others. It can be volunteering in our children’s ministry. It can be helping out with some cleaning or maintenance tasks around the church. What you will discover is that you get to meet more people and feel even more a part of the St. Andrew’s church family. Talk to a volunteer you see at church in an area you’d like to start in. They will explain the role and help you get started.
Our goal is to help people find a positive and satisfying role in the life and ministry of our church. You can also participate in an evaluation to discover what your special interests and God-given talents are. We believe that every person has a special mission and purpose to accomplish for the Lord and we are here to help in that process of discovery.

What is PAR (Pre-Authorized Remittance) ?
People may find it convenient to look after financial obligations by automatic deductions from their bank account.
Our church offers the opportunity to give monthly by pre-authorized remittance. In this way we as contributors can offer consistent support to our church and avoid “catch up” periods. The congregation benefits by receiving a regular flow of contributions, reducing paperwork and bank overdrafts, especially during the summer months.

Receipts
An official income tax receipt will be issued for all donations. All receipts are issued at the end of the calendar year.
